PSP or Vita

With me being able to play god eater, monster hunter, soul sacrifice, and Gravity rush on vita
I more or less decided on vita, but I've seen some games for psp that look quite fun to
so I'm at a stand still... which should I get?

Not asking which is better, which one do you think has better games? What games are there on that system that make you say this?
Stuff like that...

I think the Vita is backwards compatible so you can play psp games on it. Don't quote me on it thought


Edit: You can play psp games on the vita but they have to be downloaded from the Playstation Store

It is (I think) but vita is a download only or something like that, so games that aren't downloadable aren't available. Plus in all the reviews I looked at psp always won over vita for game selection so I'm thinking a decent amount stayed as just disks... or something, Idk :l

I'm not sure. I'm not much of a hand held guy lol. If I was to get one I'd get the Vita just cause I can play my ps3 or ps4 games on it and continue from where I left off.

I haven't try vita
but I love psp
it has wonderful games
also it is easy to hack its games that vita

Well I already found a hacked 2nd gen one for 100$ or so, so the psp really doesn't seem bad.
The new vita is out but JP only so really the more I find the more I can't decide :l
They all split 50/50 in pro/cons to me

And I'm getting a hand held cause I'm out ALOT more lately doing this and that, and my 360 down and I'm waiting for PS4 to price drop so ~.~ and for less the 2 games I can get a hacked psp which lets me download any game free... I can't see why not to drop on this, other then I just don't have much saved at the moment (only say that cause I'm going to need a new computer here soon)
