I heard with PS vita, we will be able to stream PS4 games when it is connected to it, Is it really true? I don't have PS Vita, but really want to confirm this. Does the same thing works for PS3 as well?

Not sure, haven't heard that before. I can't imagine it being available for the PS3, well yet at least. Depends on how they treat the old system now that the new one is out.
