I found this on anther forum and I wanted to share it with u
I am going to show you how to make a Video Gif like this
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]By using Photoshop
First you are going to want to go to [url="http://keepvid.com/"]keepvid.com/[/url] and put the video URL you would like.
Next. once it pops up with what to download.. Make sure you download the .MP4
YOU ARE GOING TO WANT TO USE A VIDEO EDITING PROGRAM TO SHORTEN THE VIDEO TO THE PART YOU WOULD LIKE BECAUSE PS WILL NOT SUPPORT THAT MANY FRAMES
Once you have edited your video. Open it in PS by going to.. FILE<IMPORT<VIDEO FRAMES TO LAYERS
Once you find your video. Select it and click open
Then this will pop up
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Make sure it looks just like that
Then Click Ok
Allow it to make the layers(may take a minute)
once opened it should look like this
[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]once video is open. delete any unwanted Frames or add whatever text you would like
Then you do a.. File. Save for web and devices
The video may take a while to load..
once that is done. make sure. you save is as a .GIF
The upload time to Photobucket takes a while. Just be patient
