If you don't know what Google glass is, it's a hand free device that kind of acts like a smartphone/ Mini Computer and uses Augmented reality technology {Just noticed this was a bad description of it, will provide a picture and background info}.

You can get pulled over for having that on while driving (just saying), and unless it becomes widespread I can't see it having much impact on stuff (same with the watch one)

That's true, but even then things have to be considered due to privacy and safety concerns.
