PSP is the older one and Vita is the new one.

Psp can be hacked which lets you download all the downloadable games for free
Vita hasn't gotten to that point.

Psp is download or their version of discs or whatever (more choices)
Vita is download only

Psp idk but ...
Vita can work with ps4 in some aspect haven't looked into that yet

Ok, thanks. I've seen the Vita a couple years ago but didn't know what made it different from the Psp.
