What games that are out now will go down the line of Super Mario Bros, Pacman, Frogger...etc.

In my opinion Resident Evil has a good chance of going down as a classic, as does the hugely successful FPS by the name of Halo.

What do you believe to be so?

Halo, Call of Duty, the Soul Series, ummm Bioshock, would Monster Hunter count?
Hmm what else... Mass Effect, Fable and Elder scrolls older... but still count right?
Ummm Assassin's Creed, Soul Cal... maybe dead or alive...

^ all in the sense of mario/sonic kinda classic (but nowhere dear as prolonged.

Pokemon definitely will be remembered as a classic, it's been out long enough and all age groups play it {I've seen elderly people play it}.
